| On a sunny Saturday in July, I decided to go up to Muskoka, a resort area in Ontario, where I have painted many times. On this occasion, I was looking for a little church that another artist had told me about. It was known and valued not only for its picturesque ness, but also for its historical and literary significance since it was the church attended by Stephen Leacock, celebrated Canadian author, and the site of his burial. |
